While I do not accept insurance at this time, some insurance plans may reimburse you a percentage of the session cost. This means that you are required to pay the full fee upfront for each session. I can then provide you with a document, called a "superbill," that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. To help you make the best financial decision for you, contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions:

• Are virtual outpatient mental health visits (teletherapy) covered by my plan?

• Is a referral from an in-network provider or a primary care physician needed to see someone out-of-network?

• What is the reimbursement amount per therapy session?

• What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health visits?

• How much of my deductible has been met this year?

• How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?
